Kansa Wand Face Lift Massage is a unique holistic treatment gently stimulating the facial Marmas (Ayurvedic acupressure points) with the use of massage techniques and an Ayurvedic tool called a Kansa Wand. The Kansa Wand is a small wooden handled tool containing Kansa metal at the tip, as the wand rolls over the Marma points it facilitates and aids in balancing energy flow. This massage technique not only touches on the physical by easing muscle tension in the face and jaw, but also works on the energetic aspect of bringing harmony to the body. As well as easing stress and tension, it also increases oxygen supply to the skin and muscle cells, aiding in flushing out toxins by improving lymphatic drainage, and as a result brightening the skin and reducing puffiness and dark circles. This blissfully relaxing hour long treatment  helps balance your body, mind and spirit.

Please note the Kansa Wand Face Lift Massage is not recommended if you have had Botox or fillers in the last 4 weeks, or as advised by your cosmetician.

Natural Rejuvenation Face Lift Massage is based on ancient Ayurvedic methods using gentle, non-invasive lifting techniques to free up facial muscles and connective tissue, helping to reduce the build up of muscle tension that can contribute to the formation of lines and wrinkles. The Natural Face Lift massage uses slide and lift movements to help lift and tone the muscles, whilst sweeping and smoothing techniques aid in achieving a softer, smoother skin appearance. Also aiding in lymphatic circulation and increasing the supply of nutrients to cells, this treatment not only leaves you totally relaxed but also with an uplifted, refreshed and glowing complexion.

A course of 6 initial treatments taken weekly or fortnightly is recommended for optimum results, followed by a monthly maintenance treatment. However it can still be done as a stand alone single treatment.

Please note the Natural Rejuvenation Face Lift massage is not recommended for 6 weeks after Botox. Clients with facial fillers are best to seek advice from their cosmetician.

The Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki Foot Massage is a wonderfully relaxing treatment that focuses on the 14 Marma points of the feet and lower legs to boost the bodies vital energy (prana).

Treatment begins by cleansing the feet in a warm foot bath containing a blend of Epsom, Himalayan and Dead Sea Salts to relax and soften the feet. Once settled on the massage table treatment begins by applying gentle pressure and circular motions with the Kansa Vatki bowl, activating the Marma points to promote wellbeing, detoxification and balance to the bodies chakra energy system. This is followed by a sequence of massage techniques that improve blood and lymphatic circulation. It also enhances the joint mobility of the lower limbs and eases muscle tension of the toes, feet, ankles and calves, making this massage not only deeply relaxing but also highly revitalising for tired aching feet and legs.

Please note that the Kansa Vatki foot massage is not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy or anyone suffering with Athletes Foot or Thrombosis. Those suffering with Diabetic neuropathy are advise to seek medical advice first.
